    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to switch to PM from Koodo. Using the mobile app, I was at step 6 of 6: Activate. At this point it says Subscription not activated, something didn't go right blah blah.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I need to do to get this fixed?
