      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched to the $34 Canada-US plan on the same day my current subscription cycle ended on March 1st.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking at my account and the payment history it doesn't look like this switch actually took effect. Is there a way to force the change since I'm headed to the US in a couple days?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
