Switched SIM chip to a different phone and I cannot get data or text/calls to work outside of wifi

I switched phones and using same SIM Chip, tried to set APN settings but i seem to only be able to text one person. the rest of my texts just say to try resending and gives me an error. Can someone please help I need this phone for my business.

does it work if you put the sim back to the old phone?

and what model of phone is that? I wonder if it is a device issue. Try clicking Reset All networks

also, try putting the sim back to the old phone as well as try on other phone

Works perfect in other phone. Its a Note 9p.Sadly I have done the network reset a few times

sim works fine in other phone as well. looks to be an apn setting issue but i may be wrong

@mjulian12345 again, S7 is properly one of those affected phones

You can try also:

go to the APN screen, delete the current APN profile. Then Add new profile and add according to this, please note case-sensivitve and do not add extra spaces. Reboot and confirm the new profile is the only one there and active

already did this but tried doing it again and still nothing. also... apn enable disable is greyed out

this phone is not an s7 either is a note 9p 🙂
