If I Join Public Points today would I still get the "1 point per month with PM" ?

A lot of info floating around about the news today.

I looked on my "opt in " Points page, and contrary to what I've read in Community today it still says that I would get 1 point for each month I've been with PM (or at least that promo is still up).

Can anyone confirm this or refute it?

If it is stil the case it would be worth it, for me, to get 48 points ( 4 yrs) as it would be worth more than the monthly discount betwenn now and May.

This line is still in the Opt in promo in the "My Rewards" tab, I guess it has been taken down in other places?

I still see the same thing on my app. Can someone confirm and also isn't public mobile suppose to give 30 or 60 days notice about changes to points program under terms and conditions.
