I've been trying to reset my password but the email keeps coming in late! >=( I sent a Private message to the moderators 3 hours ago and still no response. Is anyone working here? HELLO!!!!!

Try clearing your browser cache/cookies. Or even just using a different browser, on a different computer (and different network IP) if that's possible.

It's possible the @CS_Agent simply hasn't queued up to your private message yet. Sadly, some days they're too busy and end up running a little behind the curve.

@augusto, the moderator team are ususally pretty quick in responding. Three hours seems to be unusally long. As for the password reset, don't even bother wasting time. It is almost 100% broken.
