      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I signed up two days ago and I have not finished completing my application and now it won’t let me move on. &amp;nbsp;I have changed my password many times and when I keep moving on when I’m logged in it says account not activated, so how can I finish it. I did receive an email of my account number on March 4 confirming I paid for this month&lt;/P&gt;</description>
