      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/390191"&gt;@vhicke&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; The few times I've needed them it's been within the hour but some have reported much longer. &amp;nbsp;Bear in mind their hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST. &amp;nbsp;But you should be able to fix this yourself by going in to your account and electing to buy a new esim. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
