Have you gone into your network settings and reset them and rebooted? Have you tried your SIM card in a different phone? (if not, turn off the other phone, insert SIM card correctly and turn on phone). Try those two options and let us know if that helped. What kind of phone do you have so we can help direct you if you need it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, like &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/162890"&gt;@hTideGnow&lt;/a&gt; said above, if your phone is connected to the network and even after a restart voice service doesn't work, you may want to contact a PM agent through that chatbot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could be an issue with VoLTE activation on your phone, but an agent will get it squared away regardless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
