    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/293008"&gt;@Jacinta1987&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are two ways to do so. You can go into your account profile online or your phone app and turn off auto payments. The other way is if you port out your number to another provider. That closes your account as well.
