Then start the porting process with new company . And you will receive text from PM asking to port the number to new company and you have to reply YES that’s it .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/389504"&gt;@Huijae&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;There's nothing for PM to do if you decide to port out.&amp;nbsp; Select your new provider and choose to port your number.&amp;nbsp; Once you've done that you should get a SMS message from PM asking you to confirm you want to port out.&amp;nbsp; Answer yes, then put in the new SIM or activate the new E SIM from the new provider.&amp;nbsp; After a bit of time the service should be running on the new provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have an iPhone ensure in settings &amp;gt; cellular , that both networks are “on”. I.e your previous provider and PM. The iPhone defaults to the new provider and switches off the network for the old one. Specifically I found this to work when activating an eSIM on an iPhone with PM&lt;/P&gt;</description>
