    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told to contact an agent with PM so I have sent in a ticket. This was a new account setup but it appears that the eSIM did not setup so I really need to talk with an agent. I believe the PM network will be shutting down soon for maintenance&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They should be back up in the morning and I don't think agents work overnight anyways, so just wait to get a response tomorrow. I understand the frustration when things aren't working and you can't fix it right away, believe me, but Im confident they will be able to help you, just be patient.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
