      <description>&lt;P&gt;she has only one device, her phone, and the phone is lost - she can't get a text message and she can't access her email either, so she can't get into her email and she can't get a text - her public mobile account has two factor authentication.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
