      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. When I subscribed to Public mobile I chose a shipping address fir my Sim from their website. It is supposedly a Telus store address. I went same day to that store in the mall and they said that address on Public mobile site is wrong!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They expected my Sim will be lost. I sent 4 tickets since that afternoon 4 days ago to get help from public mobile to change my shipping address immediately . All was in vain.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have no Sim . I don’t want an e-Sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m not sure if I can void my payment through credit card company. &amp;nbsp;The service at public mobile is so lame. Not sure how the quality of their line will be. Doesn’t sound good as a start.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
