Hi, I've recently moved to Public Mobile. I had a bunch of existing group MMS chats, but whenever I receive a message in them now it creates a new conversation. One of the contacts in this new conversation is my own number, so if I try to respond to it I end up sending a group message to the others, and a direct text to myself at the same time.

I'm using an eSIM on a Galaxy S23 and I believe all of the APN stuff is configured properly. Is there any way to fix this behaviour?

I figured it out. In case anyone else runs into this issue, the setting for my own phone number in the Google Messages had been changed to unknown. I put in my number and it seems to have resolved the group MMS issues. I don't recall ever having to do this before but I'm happy it's working now.
