      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am still waiting for my sim card in the mail, before I can activate my new line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I chose the $24 4GB plan by mistake. Could I still change my plan to the $29 20GB plan or the $34 50GB plan after my account is activated?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Erlinda&lt;/P&gt;</description>
