    <description>&lt;P&gt;I transferred my Virgin plan to Public last night. Althought the app shows that my transfer was completed my phone was on SOS for hours. I had to do the purchase e-sim trick to actually activate my number properly after doing more research which cost me an extra $5.60.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
