      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, I just ported back to PM, use to be under them years ago. With this # I can't get the text or call for the 6 digit code. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't receive phone calls either, it's straight to voice mail but under my old carrier. I did reply YES for the # port.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd appreciate any help from CS ASAP, I was going to port a second number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
