    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had an account with public mobile for about 5 years&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hadnt signed on for a few months.&amp;nbsp; I was told about a promotion for a plan I was interested in so I signed up for it under the same email address. I signed up for an esim.&amp;nbsp; when I sign up to my account I can only see the new phone number and plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to access my old phone number and plan details&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do i access my account for my existing original phone number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/389123"&gt;@alecp123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you dno't sign up new account to change plans.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You need to go to your My Account and click Change Subscription to make plan change.&amp;nbsp; However, not all plans can be changed for existing subscribers. Those "new activation" only plans we cannot touch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
