    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried contacting an agent within the hours that they are available but there is never someone available. I will submit a ticket but there should be an easier way to contact them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried to activate my subscription after purchasing a the plan. I keep getting "Subscription Not Activated" and telling me to contact customer support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to logout and back in it takes me back to Step 6 of 6&amp;nbsp;"Subscription Not Activated".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
