      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently switched over the public mobile. When I got to the transfer number page, it failed to move my number and I can't login on the Public Mobile App. When I try to use the website to log in, it redirects me to "Forbidden A1" on the page. I checked with my credit card, and the transaction went through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
