      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was referred for Public Mobile, and during the setup process I did not see where to put in the referral code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I credit this persons referral now that I'm already a subscriber?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
