@Mellym222 Where did you get the voucher some vouchers take 24 hours after purchase to use them

Try to load the voucher both using the payment tab in your account self-serve as well as by dialing 611.

You may also find that the payment voucher has two sets of long numbers on them.

If one set of number doesn't work, try using the other one.
