      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/383321"&gt;@Mellym222&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to load the voucher both using the payment tab in your account self-serve as well as by dialing 611.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may also find that the payment voucher has two sets of long numbers on them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If one set of number doesn't work, try using the other one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
