      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just subscribed and got the confirmation email, BUT it seems the only way to activate is via an Android app that is not compatible with my device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I can't activate, I will just cancel the whole thing and trash the useless SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't get through to any support either, chat is open, but force-closes my chats. The direct link to CSR fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My patience with PM is nearing its end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Thanks in advance for any constructive assistance!&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I meant such a poorly produced activation process &lt;EM&gt;and&lt;/EM&gt; website. It doesn't take rocket science to figure out they should always have a live toll free number for activation and a website for this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
