      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had problems last payment. Payment was accepted but I was getting no phone use. Some one suggested that I take sim card out of phone and then put back in. That fixed the problem. This month same thing happened. So I took out SIM card and put back in this time it did not correct. What do I do now&lt;/P&gt;</description>
