      <title>Account locked out - no way to log in again</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my daugther is locked out of her account completely. Waiting for hours or even days did NOT work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to get to an agent to solve this, but no way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully, someone here in that forum can point me to a solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
