What error message are you getting when you try to log in?

Updating cc has been problematic for some time now.

ok so .. its complicated. i signed my daughter up years ago before eversafe I used her e mail but my credit card. when we try to recieve a new pass code with her ph number we dont get an e mail

If it's asking to create an Eversafe ID then you wold need to. No way around it.
