      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here's what I would do&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/387729"&gt;@TasneemLatrache&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ask the customer support agents where it might be, then if they might agree to refund it and you pick one up at a corporate Telus or Koodo location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have done this for others.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Use the ticketing system for a faster response time.
