Hello

Is anyone getting dropped calls after being on a call for more than 20-30 min? It seems to be happening daily for me.

did you notice if this only happen in some particular location or everywhere?

is it possible for you to test your sim in another phone?

Its been happening to another family member as well. Usually 30 min into a call.

My sim card is new. Purchased a new one in April (thinking of going esim) and my phone is new (September)

Don't think eSIM will make a difference for your call issue.

Which model phone? is it VoLTE compatible? Is the phone on Public mobile whitelist of approved phones for VoLTE?
