Recently not all MMS are downloading

Hello,Apn is updated,mobile updated..some photos can be downloaded others no ?why?

From the same sender I can download photos last week ,this week I couldn't..why?

Any suggestions??thanks

what phone do you have?? MMS. iw won't work on phones older than 2015

what brand and model your phone?? Your phone could be affected by this announcement

if you are using a device that released after 2017, generally, you can simply click Reset All networks or Reset network settings to get the latest APN

Also, you can make a manual update, here are the old and new settings

Old settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

Thanks for the info.my mobile after 2017 working on android.im surprised that I can receive MMS from public mobile sender only.before I can receive from others.also what should I write in the blank for user:
