Hello! I've signed up for a plan and ported my number but don't have service. I originally had an esim set up and that didn't work, so I entered a physical sim card number in the app. How do I go about activating this physical sim? Thank you!

Thank you for this information. I did switch it in the app. Should my service automatically work after that? I just recently ported and could not activate via esim which is why I tried a physical sim but that isn't working either.

I've tried multiple times to submit a ticket but haven't had luck getting to the part to type out my ticket and submit. I've sent a private message to customer service though. I hope that's ok!
