      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rogers has submitted a port request but I have deleted my PM ESIM. Rogers is requesting PM needs to manually transfer my phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone help me with this, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is original comment was he's already deleted his Public Mobile eSIM. So he has no way to say "YES" to the port request without buying a new eSIM. Therefore contacting a CS Agent is his only option to let the port request through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
