I live in the Chatham- kent Ontario area, Where can I pick up a SIM card as my phone is not able to connect to an e SIM card as I want to be a new customer

Just call your local telus stores to see if they have any. $10 there. Or you can try Amazon Prime for $4.99

Hi the promotion states the SIM card is free

speaking to a live agent would be helpful as I am not very savvy when it comes to technology

Valid point. If you sign up for the account, Public Mobile will mail you out the SIM card free. It can take up to 3 weeks to get it in the mail though. Hence some folks like to get it faster and are willing to pay to get it faster.
