      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi softtech&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We selected physical SIM on the page before the payment page.&amp;nbsp; It said the SIM will be mailed to me in 2days, but its been a week now, no SIM in the mail.&amp;nbsp; However, the payment was successful.&amp;nbsp; My credit card was charged!&amp;nbsp; I'm still waiting for the SIM.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please confirm if the SIM was mailed?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
