      <title>Wrong Purchase went through at sign up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New to Public Mobile, when I signed up I clicked on the new $40 75GB US-Canada Plan and paid for 3 months but in my profile it showed just the Canada wide plan purchase for 3 months. I went back to try and change that to the Canada-US plan but it asked for a charge of $40 again on a monthly payment. Just wanted to straighten out the billing issue. Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
