      <title>Issues activating a sim card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just tried to activate my new sim and I got an error at the end. For some reason, the support page does not open either. I posted on the forum and talked to a representative and&amp;nbsp;they said that my sim card wasn't activated yet and asked me to contact a different branch for activating it.
