How to cancel right away?

Hi! My suscription ends on March 28 but I want to cancel before that. How can I cancel right away and get a refund for the remaining days? I don't see any options like that.

@Katzengatos pm is pre paid and no refunds best to use the service untill coupe days before your renewal day . You can port number out to cancel or turn off auto subscribe

Turn auto subscribe off/on

Or ask support to remind credit card info right away using the chat bubble bottom-right of screen

if you have trouble with chat bot send private message to support instead

Since PM is prepaid, if you cancel early, Public mobile will not refund any funds.

You can unsubscribe your subscription and that would turn off preauthorized payments. Then you account will be suspended on March 28 and once suspended more than 90 days, your account will be permanently closed and phone number lost.

Personally, I don't think contact CSA will help for refund. With most prepaid plans with different companies, there are no refunds unfortunately.
