I want to change to a new plan.

The problem is that my current plan is expired.

Could I get a moderators help?

@AlexCarrier Login to your account and make a one tme payment for the cost of the plan you want. Then click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:00PM (ET).

Only they have the power to accede to your wish.
