    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does your payment show it was paid here and then your credit card or bank shows the transaction as posted?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There may have been an issue with the payment and it didnt actually go through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/386771"&gt;@Jojo007&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There have been issues with the payment system for a while now. It's up and down often. The two options you have for now is to go to a Shoppers Drug Mart and pick up a voucher then dial 611 to upload the payment. That will at least get you going. Then reach out to a CS Agent to add the card for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Their reply will be in the top right corner of the page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
