      <description>&lt;P&gt;Updating visa is still a major issue. I tried all of the remedies and the only thing that worked was MasterCard. I don't want to use MasterCard. Do better PM. This has been a problem for way too long.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What worked at the end, my payment lapsed, lost service, then, when I went in, it accepted my Visa. Fortunately Piblic was fast to reinstate my service, all happened in half hour.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
