      <description>&lt;P&gt;The app does that often. There’s nothing customers able to do fix or stop it. With the Public Mobile website often it does the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I find it also has to do with the phone as well. With one of my crappier Motorola phones, the app was just so buggy and too many issues. Then when I downloaded it on my iPhone XR, no issues. Problems on my Motorola E, buggy. But no issues on Samsung Fold. Go figure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
