      <description>&lt;P&gt;My service period ends today and I have no service. &amp;nbsp;I’ve updated payments and even prepaid, but still no service. &amp;nbsp;VERY frustrating as I have calls for work I need to be able to do today URGENTLY.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i require a response immediately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have autopay turned on?
