    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it’s more than 2 years that I bought a SIM card from public mobile but now when I want to login to my account from the app, it exactly goes to a page that ask me to subscribe a new plan or buy a new SIM card,while I already have one and using that.when I enter the number on my SIM card it says you have a active SIM card,and doesn’t let me to go through my account and manage my payment or usage ..I urgently need to have access to my account&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need to create one by clicking on Sign Up and enter your registered email and password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
