I have the same problem every 15 days. The regular subscription is renewed with no problem. When i try and add on the us talk and text....it appears to add it on, and shows 0 balance owing...then it does not add it on, and shows a $15 dollar credit, and then a $30 dollar credit....I am afraid that when i get back to Canada, Public mobile and i are going to part ways...this keeps happing every 15 bloody days. !!! To the ADD on, and give me back the extra $15 dollar credits on my account, and put it back on the credit card ..

Well, now public mobile has open for now the Canada-US plan to add its customers. Might be a good idea to switch to it, save some money. Ends march 4. No more struggle as you indicate every 15 day.
