      <title>Ported my number but...</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ported my number from physical sim (freedom mobile) to PM (e-sim).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been more than 5 hours since I approved the transfer request sent by Freedom, my Freedom sim is still showing signal bar on my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Freedom sim is getting all incoming calls and texts as of writing this message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My PM can only make outgoing call with the recipient showing my ported number. Data works fine but I can't receive any text or send any text.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't send a ticket because the system has been down the whole day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea who I can reach out to?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
