My payment isn't due till the 20th, but I have more money now than usual and would like to add my payment today for next month can I not add time to my phone early??

@RyanE You can add funds to your account in the payment page or through *611 with payment vouchers

do you meant you want an early renewal? if you want early renewal, you will need to ask PM support to help for that

I'm thinking you want to add funds in advance to be used on 20th? But if you have auto-pay enabled I believe it would still charge the credit card before taking the funds. If no auto-pay then your idea should work. Is that right @softech @Handy1 ?

@Phil_Adelphus If this was the case my loyalty, autopay and referral bonuses that are added to my account as funds available would never get to be used. I have auto pay turned on to get the $2 monthly bonus but my card isn't charged as I always put funds in ahead of time. Funds available are used first, any shortfall is then charged to the CC.

Could you double check to confirm this is the case. Reports of others recently renewing current plan early w/o CSA intervention.

I added he time onto my account and forgort about it, so now thatsa what i do. i took auto pay off and just put time on my account every second Pay! it works for me
