      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to clarify,&amp;nbsp; I live and work very close to the USA border and have always had issues with roaming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this mean I can roam now and not get no extrs charges&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;for using or being connected to any USA towers?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
