      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same thing happened to me!&amp;nbsp; I tried to transfer my number to Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; I keyed in the IMEI number and my phone number.&amp;nbsp; Then, is error, can't go further.&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile completely no service.&amp;nbsp; There is no way to call them.&amp;nbsp; The chat room always said "try again later".&amp;nbsp; I want my refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
