      <title>US data did not work so had to purchase it twice - want refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On Feb 20th I purchased the US talk/text/data plan. The data did not work. I then had to purchase the US data plan to get the data that I should have received with the original purchase. I would like a refund for the second purchase since data should have been included. And help please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
