Top up means that an amount was taken from your account to pay for the plan but saving weren't enough so it took the remainder from your credit card. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;(Ex: my plan is $50 and I have $20 in savings it will automatically top up the remaining $30).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OR&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be a Add-on you purchased if you haven’t purchased any add-ons and your plan hasn’t renewed then submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I switched to a new subscribed plan a few months ago, I did not a new SIM card nor did I purchase an top up. However, I just noticed that I was charged an extra $11.30 on my credit card for an automatic top up. Can I get reimbursed for this amount?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/362666"&gt;@jwalker01&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, because when you sign up , there was a term saying it will use the card to setup autopay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And sorry, PM is prepaid and no reimbursement&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to login to My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed to disable the autopay&lt;/P&gt;</description>
