Usage History - Significantly different from Usage Summary

In the Usage Summary, I can see that my usage is close to the data usage reported on my phone, as well as "Data Witness" android app specifically for PM.

However, when I check the Usage History (and exported/download of usage details), on days that I had heavy data usage, the history came back with 0.00MB, with another line on the same date/time with a few MB usage.

Has anyone encountered similar issues, and do you have a solution (probably have to contact @CS?)

it is normal. the reason is that Usage history are generally delayed by 12 hours. Also, PM only update the Usage history twice a day for data, the entry you see is a total data usage for the last 12 hours

The problem is that I do not get the proper reporting of usage in details on the days of heavy usage. They were reported as 0.00MB.
